Terms of Service

Elofoot is a football match prediction platform powered by artificial intelligence, published by Perform Code SAS. The service offers predictions, scenarios and statistics for informational purposes. It does not in any way constitute a guaranteed sports tips service or a betting aid. Elofoot is one of the applications of the Elosports platform; access to the service is global: an account created on any Elosports application is valid on all the others.

Sign-up is open to any natural person aged at least 15 (parental consent required below). Acceptance of the Terms of Service is via an explicit tick-box at the time of sign-up (or by clicking 'Continue with Google' under the relevant notice); each acceptance is logged for evidential purposes (date, document version, anonymised IP, user-agent). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the use made of them from your account. Any suspicious activity must be reported without delay to [email protected].

The service is open to users residing in the European Union. Perform Code SAS reserves the right to restrict, suspend or block, at any time, access to the service or to payment from one or more territories, and to adjust the covered geographic area, in particular for regulatory, tax, security or technical reasons.

Three paid subscriptions are available: Starter (€4.99 / month, 20 quotas), Pro (€14.99 / month, 100 quotas) and Elite (€24.99 / month, 250 quotas), all renewable and cancellable at any time. Each quota counts equally as a match prediction (including LIVE). A weekly option is offered on Pro (€6.99 / week, 25 quotas) and Elite (€9.99 / week, 60 quotas). Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. Subscriptions may be purchased on the website — in which case payments are processed by Stripe and prices are shown in euros — or via the iOS app, in which case they are in-app purchases processed by Apple's App Store: the displayed price is then the one set by the App Store in your local currency, and renewal, management and cancellation are handled through Settings > Subscriptions on your Apple device. Any pricing change for current subscriptions will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

The account and the subscription are common to every Elosports application: the same credentials give access to Elofoot, Elodunk, Elof1 and Elopunch, and the monthly quota is shared between them.

On the website, in certain countries (Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Benin, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, DRC), a second payment method is offered: mobile money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Airtel Money, Moov), operated by our provider pawaPay. These are one-time prepaid passes — 7 days, 30 days, one-year Season Pass (Elite) or lifetime Elite — with no automatic renewal and no later charge: access ends when the pass expires, unless a new pass is purchased, and a reminder email is sent before that date. Prices are displayed and paid in local currency (CFA franc XOF or XAF, or US dollar in the DRC), all taxes included, and the amount is shown before validation. A pass grants the same rights and quotas as the equivalent subscription (7 days: weekly quotas; 30 days: monthly quotas) and remains shared across all Elosports apps.

In addition to the three recurring subscriptions, Elofoot may offer a “Lifetime” deal: a one-time purchase granting access to the Elite plan features for life, with no subscription or recurring charge. Perform Code SAS may withdraw this offer at any time for new purchases, without affecting access already acquired; it cannot be combined with a promo code.

“For life” refers to the operating lifetime of the service by Perform Code SAS; it is not a guarantee of unlimited access should the service be discontinued. Price, VAT, withdrawal and refund terms are detailed in the Terms of Sale.

Each generated prediction is a snapshot at the time of its creation. The content (statistics, narrative, predictive scenario) reflects the data available at generation time. The "Gold section" (scorers, assisters, half-time score, shots, expected goals, goals projection, team strength comparison) is generated for every prediction, but its display is reserved for the Pro and Elite plans, except for unlocks occasionally offered as part of promotional campaigns; it remains accessible after the fact on an archived prediction. Apart from this unlock, a snapshot's content is not modified retroactively by a plan change; to regenerate a prediction with more recent data, you must re-run it, which consumes a new quota unit. This rule guarantees history consistency and the correspondence between each view of an archived prediction and what was billed at its generation.

In principle, you have 14 days to withdraw (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). As Elofoot is a digital service with immediate execution, you expressly request, by confirming your subscription, its immediate execution and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed. From your first connection or any action on the service (prediction, AI question, adding a favourite), the service is considered performed and the right of withdrawal is lost for the portion used (article L221-28, 1°). The procedures are detailed in article 7 of the Terms of Sale.

Any subscription (Starter, Pro or Elite, monthly or weekly billing) is cancellable at any time from your personal space; for a subscription purchased via the iOS app (App Store), cancellation is done through Settings > Subscriptions on your Apple device. Your access remains active until the end of the current period. In line with the French law of 16 August 2022 on three-click cancellation, no justification or additional step is required. No pro-rata refund is granted for a started period. Prepaid passes paid with mobile money do not renew automatically: they require no cancellation and end on their expiry date, unless a new pass is purchased.

You undertake not to: (a) use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, (b) attempt to extract data en masse (scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing quota limits), (c) resell or redistribute the content without written authorisation, (d) impersonate a third party, (e) harm the operation of the service. Any breach may result in suspension or deletion of the account without notice.

Elofoot offers a free referral programme open to all users, independently of the influencer programme (article 9). Each user has a personal invite link and an associated unique referral code. A referee can be linked to their referrer by signing up via the personal invite link, or by entering this referral code on the website; manual code entry is not available in the iOS app. This linking can only happen once and cannot be changed afterwards. When a referee linked this way generates their first prediction, the referrer is credited with one (1) additional free prediction, and the referee also receives a free prediction. No paid subscription by the referee is required to unlock this reward. The number of referral rewards is capped at three (3) for standard accounts; influencer accounts activated by Perform Code SAS benefit from uncapped referrals, as well as the commissions provided for herein. Free predictions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into cash. Any abuse (self-referral, fake account creation, automation, technical circumvention) may result in the cancellation of the relevant rewards and suspension of the account.

Users who meet the conditions displayed in the interface may enter the daily roulette free of charge, without a purchase or paid subscription, once per rolling 24-hour period and per account. The odds, prizes and award terms are published in the Daily Roulette Rules, which form part of these Terms of Service.

Multiple accounts, automation, falsification of technical identifiers and any other circumvention attempt are prohibited. Perform Code SAS may void a fraudulently obtained draw or prize and suspend the accounts concerned, subject to consumer rights.

Elofoot may offer an influencer or affiliate programme, subject to manual approval. Access to this programme is not automatic: it requires express activation of the account by Perform Code SAS and the definition of a commission rate. The commission, with no cap on the number of referees, is calculated on the excluding-tax (HT) price of the paid subscription taken out by the referee and actually collected, for the first payment only (renewals generate no commission); its invoicing and payment terms are set out in article 9 of the Terms of Sale (CGV). The influencer undertakes to promote Elofoot fairly, transparently and in compliance with applicable rules, including clearly identifying the commercial, sponsored or affiliate nature of their content whenever required by law or platform rules. Any misleading practice, spam, traffic purchase, abusive self-referral, fake account creation, false claim or technical circumvention may result in suspension of the link, cancellation of unpaid commissions and/or account deletion.

Perform Code SAS undertakes to provide the service with reasonable diligence, but does not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, force majeure or failure of a technical provider. No compensation will be due on this basis, except in the case of proven gross negligence by the publisher.

The contest is reserved for paying subscribers active on the draw day (Starter, Pro or Elite), aged 18 or over. Every eligible subscriber is automatically entered; their odds are weighted by plan (Starter: 1, Pro: 2, Elite: 3). An extra entry is granted to any subscriber posting an Instagram story mentioning @elofoot_ during the contest period. The draw is random and takes place on the day of the 2026 World Cup final among eligible subscribers. The prize is one (1) new football team jersey of the winner's choice, up to €100 excl. tax. The winner is contacted by email and has 14 days to confirm their choice and shipping address, failing which the prize is re-drawn; the prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Collected data is used solely to run the contest and deliver the prize. Elofoot reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the contest in case of force majeure, without incurring liability. This contest is neither organised, sponsored nor associated with FIFA, Instagram or Meta. The full rules are available on request from support. This contest is governed by French law.

Predictions are provided for purely informational purposes. Perform Code SAS cannot be held liable for any financial loss linked to use of its predictions in the context of sports betting or any other personal decision. The user remains solely responsible for the use made of the information displayed. The liability of Perform Code SAS is, in any event, limited to the amount paid for the last twelve months of subscription.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution ([email protected]), you may freely refer the matter to a consumer mediator. Failing agreement, the competent courts of the registered office of Perform Code SAS will have sole jurisdiction, subject to the public policy rules applicable to consumers.
