Question 1

Can I follow my club all season?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The big-five leagues, the European cups and 59 competitions in total across Europe, Africa and the Americas are covered all season long: every matchday, every club, before kickoff - and live during the match.

Question 2

What is xG (expected goals)?

Accepted Answer

xG (expected goals) is an advanced stat that measures the quality of a scoring chance on a 0 to 1 scale. A shot with xG 0.4 means this kind of chance finds the net 40 % of the time, on average. Summed over a match, xG is far more predictive than the raw scoreline: a team producing 2.3 xG but scoring only once clearly underperformed at finishing, and our model surfaces it.

Question 3

Which competitions are covered?

Accepted Answer

59 competitions in total. Europe: the big five (Ligue 1, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A) and their domestic cups, Ligue 2, the Championship, Serie B, the Eredivisie, the Jupiler Pro League, Liga Portugal, the Süper Lig, the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and Nations League. Africa: AFCON and its qualifiers, the CAF World Cup qualifiers, the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup, and the Ivorian, Cameroonian, DR Congo, Senegalese, Guinean and Moroccan leagues. The Americas: Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, Brasileirão (Série A and B) and Copa do Brasil, the Argentine, Colombian, Chilean, Uruguayan, Peruvian and Ecuadorian leagues, Liga MX and MLS. Plus the Saudi Pro League and the AFC Champions League - with several seasons of history on each.

Question 4

How does the free first prediction work?

Accepted Answer

When you create your account, you get one full prediction on the house - no card, no commitment. Once it's used, you pick the plan that fits: Starter at €4.99 / month (20 quotas), Pro at €14.99 / month (100 quotas) or Elite at €24.99 / month (250 quotas). Each quota equals 1 prediction. All plans are cancellable in one click. In some African countries (Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Benin, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, DRC), you can also pay with mobile money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Airtel Money, Moov) through a one-time prepaid pass, with no automatic renewal.

Question 5

How do the AI predictions work?

Accepted Answer

We aggregate recent form, advanced stats (xG, possession, shots on target…), injuries/suspensions, head-to-head history and current standings. An AI model then builds a consistent prediction (a main scenario + a Gold section depending on your plan), a 1X2 distribution that sums to exactly 100%, plus Over/Under and BTTS markets calibrated on xG.

Question 6

What's a LIVE in-match prediction?

Accepted Answer

Run a prediction while the match is in progress and the AI takes the current score and elapsed minute as its starting point. Scenarios predict the FINAL result from where the game actually stands - not a theoretical kick-off. The 1X2 distribution is recalibrated against the remaining time. Available from the Free plan (1 free prediction).

Question 7

What's a team season prediction?

Accepted Answer

A season-wide AI reading for ONE team: objectives per competition (title / top 4 / survival), qualitative classification across 4 levels (very-likely / likely / plausible / outsider), strengths and weaknesses backed by real stats, projection adapted to when you run it (pre-season, mid-season or retrospective). Reserved for Pro and Elite plans - costs 1 quota.

Question 8

Where does the data come from?

Accepted Answer

Our primary feed is API-Football, which aggregates official data from 59 competitions (Big 5, domestic cups, UEFA cups, AFCON and qualifiers, African and South American leagues, Libertadores, MLS, Saudi Pro League, etc.) with more than 15 seasons of history. Data is continuously synced and stored on our side - no real-time calls to third-party providers during the prediction.

Question 9

What makes Elofoot different?

Accepted Answer

Four concrete differentiators: (1) 1X2 probabilities always sum to exactly 100% - no fuzzy rounding; (2) a rich prediction: a main scenario + a Gold section (scorers, half-time, shots, xG, goals projection); (3) the prediction pivots LIVE when the match is in progress; (4) we explicitly flag missing data rather than make things up. No bookmaker affiliation, no betting incitement.

Question 10

Is this a betting app?

Accepted Answer

No. Elofoot is a prediction tool, not a tipping site or a bookmaker partner. No sporting result is guaranteed - probabilities and scenarios are statistical estimates based on public data. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, including if you choose to use the output for betting purposes.

Question 11

What happens if I change subscription?

Accepted Answer

Upgrade (e.g. Starter → Pro): takes effect immediately, Stripe applies a prorated charge on the unused portion. Downgrade (Pro → Starter): you keep your benefits until the end of the period already paid, then the new plan takes over. Everything is managed from your personal space or via the Stripe portal.

Question 12

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime from your personal space. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period - no justification, no commitment. If you paid with mobile money, there is nothing to cancel: your prepaid pass does not renew automatically and simply ends on its expiry date, unless you buy a new one.

Question 13

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

From your personal space, open the Subscription page and click “Manage my subscription”: you’re redirected to the secure Stripe portal, where you cancel in one click under “Cancel subscription”. No fees, no justification needed - your access stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Question 14

Is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

In line with GDPR, you can export all your data at any time (account, predictions, favourites) or permanently delete your account from your profile - deletion cascades automatically to every related row. No advertising trackers, no data sold to third parties, ever.

The questions everyone asks.
