Daily roulette rules

The Elofoot daily roulette is organized by Perform Code SAS, with share capital of €1,050, registered office at 216 rue Clémenceau, 59139 Wattignies, France, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 942 543 943. Contact: [email protected].

The roulette is available on the Elofoot website and iOS app to people with a valid free account who have completed onboarding. Users with an active paid subscription, Lifetime access or paid access remaining until the end of a billing period are not eligible. Participants must meet the age and, where applicable, legal representative authorization requirements in the Terms of Service.

Entry is entirely free, with no purchase, payment or paid subscription required. A participant may make one draw per rolling 24-hour period. The limit applies per account.

Each draw uses a cryptographically secure random integer among 10,000 possibilities. The exact odds are:

• No prize: 65% (6,500 in 10,000)
• One free prediction: 30% (3,000 in 10,000)
• One prediction and one Gold unlock: 4.99% (499 in 10,000)
• One free Pro week: 0.01% (1 in 10,000)

Each draw is independent. Playing on several days does not guarantee a prize.

Depending on the result, the participant receives no prize, one prediction credit, one prediction credit plus one Gold unlock credit, or the right to activate a first Pro week discounted by 100%. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Their value is limited to the described service.

The terms of the "Pro week" prize differ by platform, and in all cases the prize must be activated within 24 hours of the draw.

On the iOS app: the winner receives 7 days of Pro access free of charge, activatable in one tap from the app, with no payment, no payment card and no automatic renewal - access expires automatically after 7 days.

On the website: the winner receives a promotion code that discounts the first weekly Pro subscription period by 100%; activation takes place through Stripe Checkout, requires acceptance of the Terms of Sale and may require a payment card. Unless cancelled before the date shown, the subscription then automatically renews weekly at the weekly Pro price displayed upon activation; the exact price and renewal date are shown before confirmation. A code not activated within 24 hours is neither replaced nor compensated.

Prediction and Gold credits are automatically added to the account when the draw is committed. A Pro prize is confirmed at the draw; on the iOS app it is granted directly and free of charge, whereas on the website its code may be provisioned when Stripe is opened. If a technical interruption occurs after the draw is recorded, the participant may try again from their account during the remaining validity period. The server-side draw ledger is authoritative, except where a manifest error is duly demonstrated.

Prohibited conduct includes multiple accounts, lending or sharing accounts, scripts or bots, browser manipulation, falsifying identifiers, exploiting a vulnerability and any attempt to bypass the 24-hour limit. Elofoot uses account and device controls described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies. Where objective evidence of abuse exists, Perform Code SAS may block a draw, request verification, void a fraudulent prize or suspend an account, without prejudice to available remedies.

The result is calculated and recorded server-side; the visual animation does not determine the prize. A draw is consumed only when its record is committed. Perform Code SAS does not guarantee permanent availability and may temporarily stop the roulette for maintenance, incidents, fraud or force majeure. Unavailability does not create a right to an extra draw or compensation, subject to mandatory law.

Data required for the draw, audit and fraud prevention are processed under the Privacy Policy. They include the account ID, timestamp, result, pseudonymous technical device identifiers and, where relevant, Stripe identifiers for a Pro prize. Participants have the rights granted by the GDPR, exercisable at [email protected].

Perform Code SAS may change or end the roulette prospectively for technical, economic, regulatory or security reasons. Any change to odds or prizes is published in these rules and the interface before applying to new draws. Prizes already validly awarded remain acquired, except in cases of fraud or manifest error.

These rules are governed by French law. Complaints must be sent to [email protected] or Perform Code SAS, 216 rue Clémenceau, 59139 Wattignies, France. After an unresolved prior written complaint, consumers may use the mediator named in the Terms of Sale free of charge or any dispute resolution mechanism provided by law. Mandatory consumer protections in the consumer's country of residence remain applicable.
