Hosting of the site and app is provided by Railway Corp., 548 Market St PMB 32008, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States. Railway acts solely as a technical provider. Any data transfers to the United States are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, visuals, logos, trademarks, source code, designs, databases — is protected under the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Perform Code SAS. League and club logos shown for illustration remain the property of their respective holders.

Data collected via Elofoot is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, exercisable directly from your personal space or by email to [email protected]. 7. Withdrawal & cancellation
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw from online service purchases. Any paid subscription (Starter, Pro or Elite, monthly or weekly) is cancellable at any time from your personal space, with no penalty; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
